Pledges and Dues

YIWH is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Your donation is fully tax-deductible.
  • This form may be used for paying pledges (Aliyot, Auctions...) and Membership Dues.
  • Please include a brief explanation of which balance you are paying off.
  • To make an Acknowledgement Donation please use the other form.

Acknowledgements

YIWH is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Your donation is fully tax-deductible. 
  • This form may be used for Acknowledgement Donations.
  • A formal card will be send to the designated individual by the Shul.
  • The acknoweledgement will be posted in the weekly bulletin (unless you specify otherwise).
YOU MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
  • Your own name (in the seperate boxes)
  • The name of the individual to be acknoweldged.
  • The acknowledgement occasion.
  • The mailing address of the individual to be acknoweldged.
  • Your own mailing address.

Donate Books

YIWH is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Your donation is fully tax-deductible.
  • This form may be used to donate Books to the Shul.
  • You may designate an individual to be recognized in your donation.
  • A special label will be places in the interior cover detailing your contribution.

  • Chumash: $55
  • Siddur: $36
  • Children's Book: $18
