Thank God, we are back to a full schedule of Shabbat minyanim! For everyone's continued health and safety, we must ask that you please sign up in advance.
Slots are still available for Friday Night (Mincha & Kabbalat Shabbat), Shabbat In The Shade and Shabbat Afternoon (Mincha).
Thanks to demand, we have expanded the slots available for weekday daily minyan to 20. Please note that you may have to park in the front of the shul or on adjacent streets. Only one person per a family needs to sign up per a spot for weekday minyanim!
Please be sure to review carefully our guidelines (here) before signing up. Let's make sure that even as the novelty wears off we continue to preserve the excitement and gratitude for our renewed opportunity for communal prayer!
We are delighted to welcome Leora Trencher as our new youth director! Leora comes to us with many years of experience both in NCSY and other informal Jewish education settings. She is no stranger to our West Hartford community as she was born and raised at our Young Israel and thrilled to be coming 'home'. After spending a year immersed in study at Shaalvim and now as Junior at Yeshiva University, Leora is also a true role model for our teens and youth.
